Warranty Info

All of our Herman Miller Aeron office chairs include a 3 year parts warranty from the day of delivery covering any defective mechanical component of the chair that is not caused by misuse. Please note that we do not cover physical damage. All other chairs have the same warranty coverage, the length of each warranty is denoted on the corresponding product page.

Things that are not covered under the 702 Chair warranty, include, but are not limited to, worn arm pads or lumber, torn mesh, cracked plastic, broken arms, broken caster, broken plastic levers. 702 Chairs reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that has been deemed by management to be physical damage or an issue caused by misuse. 

Any valid warranty claim will involve 702 Chairs mailing you the replacement part along with detailed instructions. The customer will be responsible for providing the necessary tools. 702 Chairs will not be responsible for any labor related to warranty claims. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser from 702 chairs, with original proof of purchase, the warranty is non transferable to another owner.
